Alpha's website shows the 8045 as not being compatible with the SY-K7V Dragon, so I would imagine that it isn't compatible with the Dragon+ either, being that they are basically the same board with a more advanced chipset on the Dragon+. Sorry, if you got deep pockets you could buy a Swiftec MCX462 as they are supposed to be compatible with any board being produced that adheres to AMD's guidlines.

Yea the Dragon Plus is more advanced but also they moved the caps to make room for bigger and better H.S.F.

I didn't know they had done that. That's nice to see when some company makes a welcome change like that when just basically making a chipset revision.:beer:
