Please Help me with overclocking my memory

Ok so I have been trying to get my memory to run at 1t timings. I have 2 gigs of g.skill memory http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820231099
I know its not the best overclocking memory, and now I wish I would have gotten better, but I was hoping for at least a little bit out of it. I have tried raising the volt. up to as high as 2.1 but i cant get it to even boot into windows.
Should I try to at up the volt. again or am I just out of luck?

What speed and timings have you been trying to run them at?

Im trying to run them at 800 the only thing that I am trying to change is the command rate from 2t to 1t.
