Chawken has left the Team - Need to Reorganize Team Races

I have confirmed that Chawken intentionally left the team and most likely will not return. Consequently we need to reorganize the team races. Also we need another member of the team to take over the challenge graph. Maestro?

Wow! That stinks. Any ideas on why he left, ahh nevermind if he wanted us to know he would have told us.
He was a great contributor, and will be missed sorely.

He sent me a long explanation. I really don't want to go into it in detail. Basically he feels that a lot of back stabbing has taken place since Daniel and Kris left. He claims that certain people have said things about other senior members of the team in the chat room. He doesn't believe that Skip, Joe, and Ed are firmly behind the team. I understand his decision, although I don't entirely agree with him.

Wow, what a major bummer. Very sorry to see him go that for sure. I think I can understand how he feels with the changes in the team.

I hope that this has nothing to do with anything that I have commented about recently. I felt that several matters could cause problems for the Forums as a whole. I think a great deal of these Forums and the Team, it was not my intention to hurt or cause trouble. I was prepared to leave without explanation, but was asked to post my observations.

If this has anything to do with my recent comments and observations in the Seniors Forum, I will say my goodbye's rather than upset others by my being in the Team. If anyone would like an explanation I will PM or E-mail them my posting.

Sucks to see another one go. It's always so sad when you hear about one of the team leaving. Shows how close of a family we are, and how much we miss each other when gone.

I know I'm still new to the team, but I am beginning to see why it sucks so bad when someone leaves. Especially Chawken, he kicked butt, and was my team Captain! :(

Well, that definately sucks. Losing a heavy cruncher is one thing but he was also a respected and contributing forum member.

I can help where needed, just point me the way and show me what to do...I usually have enough time to do a bit for the team.

Going to be hard to replace that kind of contribution, in more ways than one.

The responses here do go to show how much a person is missed when they leave. I do hope he stops back in from time to time.
Also, I will help in any way possible.

It's very sad when someone leaves the team :( specially someone that has worked so hard to keep this team alive.

If TC or Basher send me the old data (I didn't kept the data) I can try to keep the challenge chart updated......If none is available I'll began gathering the data so we can have the challenge graph as oon as possible.

Chawken, you'll be missed. And if you ever drop us a note you will see that you left behind some good friends.
