seriously, ive linked to it already in another one of your threads
RTFM!!
its right there on westells website... hell i could set up your modem, and i have never even seen it
im not trying to be mean here, but i have been bored at work all day reading the forums, and i keep seeing you ask for help for some pretty basic simple stuff that you would need to read the manual for....goto their website, click on technical support and choose your model number... it even tells you how to find your model number

It is the Verizon one, it says call tech support. I think it is a little stupid really to not have the manual to that one. I am sorry, I would think you would just have to put a pass. in to log in onto the wireless network, but there is nowhere to put a pass.

sorry, i was raggin at work....everyone was coming into my office buggin the crap out of me... there really shouldnt be a login pass to get into the wireless, it should be activated by default, may have to mess around with the windows wireless configuration on the laptop, but i think the wireless should already be on

Hmmmm, no pass. that is what I thought it is my sisters computer & it is a Mac laptop. I know nothing about Macs. My sister acts like she needs a pass., but there is a signal we get from someone else & she gets on that with no pass, so I don't know why she thinks she needs a pass.. So she should just pick & get on then. Do I need the do more then enable wireless?
