Here lately I have been having a lot of problems with msgsrv32 not responding. I first noticed the problem after I install a small program for printing cd covers called CoverPro version 7.1. The first time I printed with this program it worked fine but the second time My computer froze up so I pressed cntrl-alt-del and noticed that msgsrv32 was not responding, I ended task and everything seemed alright but tried to print again and nothing happened no print but no msgsrv32 not responding either. So I tried rebooting and tried again. And i got the msgsrv32 not responding again. One thing I noticed is if I end task on msgsrv32 when I try to restart it shuts down intead. So I gave up on this program and uninstalled it. But now I get the error any time I try to print(I print on a networked printer but before all this started it worked fine), or when I open netscape, word, or wordperfect. I looked around the net and found many people have this problem but most seemed to deal with cmedia drivers which I dont have. I really couldnt find anything that fit my problem but one thing I did try was to boot into safe mode and see if I still got the error when opening netscape, and i did. I havent installed any new hardware lately so I dont think it is that. Another thing I tried was to run Ad-aware t oget rid of spyware but this didnt help either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my computer specs(its old but Im building a new one).
PII 266, 128mb ram, diamond fire gl1000, ensoniq sound card, smc nic, no modem, win98.
