Well one comes to $2.20. Pretty cheap. I had a bunch more of these type of deals, usually most avoid rebates so i dont post them.

I got that email too, but I don't think I'd risk $50 on a generic SD card. I think I'll just pay the $20 for a good one and not worry about getting ripped off/card dieing.

I dont think i've ever had memory die on me. Rebates have always come back to me. It can still be a risk though.

I had a PNY SD card simply stop working one day, wouldn't be recognized by anything. Even tried recovery tools to no avail. The way I look at it is cheaper for me to pay $20 up front than to loan some company $50 for 3 months with a chance of not getting it back.
