1 quick question about Abit IC7 board

I have 2 quick questions

1-will Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3400620AS 400GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive works fine with this board.?

2- Is it better to have to 2 HDs with 16mb thank to have 1 with 8mb and 1 with 16mb.?

i would image they would work but you would have to set the hard drives for 1.5 instead of 3 since the board only supports 1.5 and if your going to raid them 2 16mb or 2 8mb caches would be better
