i have just overclocked my new rig as suggested here:

http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=29&threadid=1991915&enterthread=y

up to 3.6ghz

volts:
cpu: 1.51
memory: 2.1
FSB: 1.4
HT: 1.2
PCI-E: 1.25
nForce: 1.5
Aux: 1.5

it is running very stable with a SMP Folding client at 60'c (coretemp), 26'c system temp -100% load

i know this sounds stupid, but am i ok to leave this rig on 24hours at this level of clock?

i dont want to come down to a burn out case :)

lee? a noob? I don't buy it :p

What cooling are you using?

60C full F@H load isn't too bad IMHO.

Yep, 120mmX38mm fan upgrade would give you breathing room for ambiant fluctuations.
