need help with bios update

trying to make a bootable disk with awardflash.exe.instructions say to have only the boot files and awardflash.exe as well as new bios file.where do i get the boot files from to put on the floppy

Get the Caldera Dr. DOS boot disk from BootDisk.com (www.bootdisk.com). It's the best for flashing you're BIOS. You can either put the BIOS files on it or on a separate disk and just keep the boot disk for future use.
