Quick Question about possible D9 IC

Just curious if someone can help me out. I know there is a list somewhere with what chips have d9's, was just wondering if anyone knew if this memory has d9's...

I think they may be, at least according to the ramlist. I believe Super Talent did switch ic's later but if those were purchased awhile ago then may still have d9's.
