I was thinking about doing something stupid :).I wonder if I make a few modifications to the duron 750 stock hsf I may be able to epoxy it to my gpu, but how do you get the stock gpu off the geforce2 32mb?

To get the "Old" Heatsink off: stick the card in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and then "Pull" it off. I believe tha's how its done.
-ahh.... go with something like a Blorb though to replace the "stock" HS setup. Although O/C.com has posted today a "nifty" HSF mod. don't know if you're up to it. Its worththe read time though.

Good Luck - (you make your own)

From what I've been reading around here, put it in your freezer for a couple of minutes, then pry it off with a screwdriver. Just make sure to put something between the screwdriver and the board so you don't damage the board. Also, be careful not to run the screwdriver along the board or you may damage the traces (but I'm sure you already knew that ;)

After you have removed your Heatsink from the freezer try to slowly twist it off with firm pressure. If that doesnt work use a screwdriver as azhari said, but be sure to place a credit card under the screwdriver to protect the board.

Dont 'wrench' it but slow pressure in several spots until it pops off.

PS ...Take your time.

Heres a little tip for you guys putting computer parts in the freezer so you can get your heatsinks off....Buy a bottle of compressed air spray it in the center of the heatsink (compressed air is very cold when sprayed) then ether twist off or use a credit card and a screw driver on the corner...
