I'd say NTFS, better security and faster.

NTFS is more secure, and uses smaller clusters I think. Maybe 4k instead of 8kb for FAT32. Though when I had XP networked on an NTFS partition, I could not view the contents of the Program Files, Windows or personal information from another copmuter to the XP one. Donno if it does the same hting with 2k

It's been proven in some benchies that FAT32 is faster than NTFS, but only by a slight amount, even unnoticable

Thanks ppl. One more thing. I see favorites on Explorer when surfing, but no "Favorites" list on my start menu. Is this normal?

If you want your favorites on the start menu, find the favorites folder and copy it. Then paste a shortcut into the start menu folder, and there you have it. :D :D
