Just trying to cover a few questions in the one post.
Laptop burner - Toshiba ODD SD R3672. Seems to only write 4x discs at 1.9, but still, I'm not complaining about that. Are laptop burners, on average, as good as desktop ones (e.g, could I pretty much use it alongside my main burner?)
Got a samsung/tsst corp burner - SH-W 126c, and a "nu tech" burner. Strangely, the nu tech burner seems to have better PIO/PID results than the samsung - oh, and the nu tech is almost 4 years old. However, it's also got a staple stuck in it from when I tried to manually eject a cd. Any thoughts on samsung burners, compared to this no name brand?
Finally, pioneer dvr 111. Apparently pioneers are great - not plextors, but still good quality results, and they're dirt cheap here, considering I don't have to mail order for it. What are pioneers like?
