No, not good, especially the heatsink! You will need a better power supply than what comes in that meek case! I don't like the MOBO at all, you should get the 266A chipset (AK-31 V 3.1) The only thing good on your list is the RAM. My recommendations:
(CPU) XP 1900 $244
(MOBO) Shuttle AK-31 REV 3.1 $77
http://www.shuttleonline.com/spec.php3?model=ak31a
(CASE/PSU) Antec SX840 $101 (make sure it IS really Antec, they have had people selling fakes!)
http://www.antec-inc.com/product/cases/wkstion.html
(HSF) Thermalright SK6 $39.99 W/FAN

-----TOTAL = $461.99 (without tax/shipping)
This is MUCH better than what you would get in the package with accubyte. Anyone here will agree. I assumed you wanted to stay within the price range of the package you were looking at. You are better off with the above equipment and will be thankful later
;)
Welcome to the group.
Personally, I wouldn't buy any of those. Why?
1) The case is way too small. The power supply is only 300W, not enough juice, and since they don't say what brand it is, it is most likely a low quality, generic supply. This could be a problem later on.
2) The heat sink you're looking at is pretty nice looking, but its performance is so so.
3) Check component prices here (http://www.pricewatch.com) to see what kind of deal you are getting.
I've answered your questions as if I were buying them. Your needs are different, so this system could be just fine for you. The problem is, what are you going to use the computer for? What do you need it to do? Since you're looking at an XP1900+, I'm assuming you want high quality everything else ...
Good luck.
I would like to thank you all for you respose. i know that im new and im very happy that you responded im members of other boards that wont even respond if you a newbie so thanks a lot:beer:

I agree with nikhsub1, you can get much better comp for same price or lower if you put it together yourself. I'm thinking if your gonna oc that baby you'll need a better HSF, try the new swiftech if you have the money if not get the sk6. Your gonna need more than just that one fan on your case so look into those also. If you really want a top of the line system your going to end up spending $2k+ but you can still get an awesome rig for under $1k just how you feel about spending money!
