You might want to add some blocks and tubing to it so we can get a good idea of the setup. As far as initial air movement it looks fine though.

Looks fine to me, with that setup (like most) you will be blocking in the video card so you might as well add it to the loop. That duel rad will handle them fine. Watch those bends, it looks like they might get a little tight but nothing some masterclear tubing or some of that plastic ring stuff won't fix. I think Swiftech calls them smart tubes or something.

1-Go with masterkeer tubing; much cheaper and arguably better.
2-Either use 1/2" fittings and buy the modded top for the 350, or go with a 655 (D5). The improvement is worth it :)
3-Ditch the NB block, it will in fact hurt your loop, as flow will greatly decrease and lower temps don't help you at all in that case. If you want silence, get one of those Thermaltake passive ones...forget the name at the moment :/
