How do I get the rest of my HD in Vista?

I can't seem to figure out how to access the rest of my 250gig HD in Vista. Currently it shows that I can use 127 gigs, but the other 107gigs are not accessible. I've played around all night now and done a little bit of searching on the net and can't seem to find anything.
