utorrent + vista + wireless router = problem

Not sure which section to post this in, but mods move as required.

Ok. New laptop with Vista Home Premium, wireless router, is having problems with utorrent. Set up a static ip for the laptop, port forwarding seems fine, DHT seems to login ok, but always the yelow triangle indicating network issues along with slow d/l speeds. Anybody have any suggestions? Cheers.
