OK, It seems my limit is @ 1.8 with my voltage at 1.85 (need a voltage mod bad:eek: ) My 1900 is unlocked and these are the best combos I can run with with any stability:
11x164=1804
11.5x157=1805.5
12x150=1800
12.5x144=1800
What setting would you use and why? I'm thinking to go with the highest FSB.

hey nik,
my opinion is that, even tho you lose 1mhz (the sky is falling!) i'd go with the 11x164=1804.
that is provided your system stays stable (both benching like p95 and in standard use). in general higher fsb works better cause it boosts everything that is based off the fsb (pci, ram, etc).
only thing is...did you have to lower your ram settings or in anyway slow down anything to hit that 164 fsb? that would be the only other reason i might say not to do 164x11.
buuuuut, if your stable, and can still run the ram cranked to the max (4way bank interleave, cl2, etc)... i'd definitely go for the highest fsb you can manage!

These FSB settings are all with the RAM turbo'd out. 1T, cas 2 etc.
It really depends on what you're gonna do with your puter. If you're gonna use it for running programs that need to do a lot of calculations (Folding@Home is one good example :D hint hint), then you want your multiplier as high as possible since these are cpu intensive. If you want to play games and surf the web and other things besides cpu intensive calculations, then you want your FSB as high as possible to give you higher speed from other components besides the cpu.
