Well, I just spent 3 hours checking out countless threads on this and other forum to try to figure out the best settings for my rig. While there is some great info out there I'm still a bit confused about what I should use for my SDRAM clock setting on the P5B BIOS.
Here's what I have for hardware:
P5B with Twin2X1024-5400c4 RAM, Intel e6400 CPU with Ninja Plus Rev B cooler, Antec TPII-550 PS and a Gigabyte GEForce 6600GT Video card.

What should I set the BIOS SDRAM clock setting at DDR2-533 or DDR2-667?
I'm presently at DDR2-533with a FSB speed of 300. Also any other tips on Bios setting for this rig?
Thanks for the help in advance.

For that memory, leave the DRAM frequency at 533 and stay in synch with the CPU. Also, set the memory voltage to 2.1v.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm trying to overclock.
