rdram and ecc

ive got a stupid d850gb on this thing. at the time it was the cheapest so i was like, cool, cheap=get it
so now im stuck with this oc incompatable pice of s**t. ahg. well im gonna stick some more rdram on it now. im thinkin another 512 to make 768. oh yea! but i got a q. my other 256 is non-ecc. so can i stick non-ecc in bank 0 and ecc in bank 1. thanks. also while ur at it -> having so much ram in one and little in the other wouldnt screw it up...... would it. just a thought.

Shouldn't, but you'll just have to set it in your BIOS that you don't have ECC memory, otherwise it'll give you a memory error everytime you reboot.
