Depending on your price range you can get a good one for around $10 that pushes 50c.f.m. @ www.sidewindercomputers.com or for $12 more you can get one of the Delta`s that push 68 - 80 c.f.m.

I second that, I have ordered from sidewinder, and I was happy.

I just got some Panaflo Low Output (24cfm / 21dBA), very quiet don't even hear it. Sunon's do me good too. I used the Sunon Super High Output (50.6cfm / 40.6 dBA) and it was loud and made this vibrating noise, but I used on the processor heatsink (for Athlon 1.4 system) and I could barely hear it over the other fans which were ~33 dBA and power supply. Though for intake/outtake it was too loud. Sunon Low Output (36cfm / 32 dBA) good too, not too loud. I'm going to get 2 more Panaflo Low's for my Antec SX830, so I can have 5 of them and a really quiet case and plenty of airflow... its a K6-2 system, it should be quiet.

I got some very nice Papst Multifans, how they call them.
They are all 80x32 mm units and come in different flavours from 32 to 54 cfm.
They are very quiete, put a little pricey I think.
Perhaps that helps!:)

i have a couple $4 Sunon 30cfm case fans from newegg.com.
can't hear them at all.
But then are OEM, only came with 2 very short screws, no grilles.
2cooltek.com has the cfm and dB ratings, also very reasonable prices.
