as the topic says how do I remove the software from the programs contgrol panel ( add or remove programs area ) I know normally I can remove it just fine, but it will not remove so I need something strogner.

What are you trying to remove? Most likely there is a registry hack to remove stuff from there. Maybe a program like TweakUI or something may help you acheive it.

Crap Cleaner also can kill orphaned Add/Remove (option under Tools), as well as rename them (I have some chinese stuff that sometimes gets wonky)
