lost a HDD I need help

I formated the wrong HDD, I have heard of a way to recover from a format, and I need to know how, I will do just about anything to get this info back, someone please help me:confused:

thanks for the link, I was looking to do this myself though. I have a demo version of restore 2k but it is a demo and will not recover any files over 1.4mb or somthing like that, I am verry limited on cash right now so looking for freeware that will do it.

Great news, I got all my data back, neat little program called Easy Recovery Pro, all is back to normal now, I will pay a little more attention to what drive I format in the future lol:D
