I was just looking at the Berkeley page and saw that. You suck. ;) Got your new one going, eh? Those numbers looked like they jumped kinda quick.
I'm maxed out until Friday when the DDR comes in for the new system. If this new Enermax PSU will make a difference, maybe I can finally push over 124 on the 1100. Hmm... I was about to go to bed, but I think I'll go ahead and install it. :D
Don't stress yourself too much, remember I'm trying to catch you and I've no new, faster components to install.

Who's stressed?!?!?!? :D You're moving up nicely, eobard. I'm watching you and a few others nearby in the rearview mirror. All these people passing me is why I'm building another system. :)
I may have to concede defeat here. (I hate that.) As of the last update, there's a 27 WU difference. Try as it might, my one good machine isn't going to make up that ground before those two machines get to 500... unless the Goner worm tracks you down. But I wouldn't wish that on a fellow team member. :)
A little more time and I'll be ready to make another go a passing you, deez.

Actually I haven't got the new chip in yet...arriving Thursday. Before I was crunching just on my machine at home cele566@850 and at work Athlon 1000 @ stock speed but I have 2 other comps at home I dont run SETI on normally.
What PSU are you currently using on your 1100? I have an Antec 300W do you think thats enough to hit 124 if I get a good chip?
hope so...trying a new burn-in method this time

I was using a codegen. It seemed to be getting a bit flakey so I bought an Enermax 350. I stuck it in last night but no big change. I was able to run Windows for a while at 122 and 1.95V but it didn't like it. Back down now to 120 and 1.9, though I did run it there at 1.85 so I may have regained some voltage room. It's looking more and more like I'll have to vidpin. :(
well my board is an old BX board and the only settings above 100 are 104, 106, 108, 110 (1/3) AND 124, 133 (1/4)
so I need a good chip

I had my cele566 wired with a strand from an IDE cable but after a few months it started to unravel. Make sure you check it every once and a while. The good news is that after I took out the wire I was able to run stable at 1.7v rather than 1.85 --- no wire necessary now
3 to go
I should hit 500 tonight sometime

Congrats on that! I hate losing, but I'm glad you're hitting it. When it became apparent that I was going down in flames, I started on some maintenance (screwy HD, moving systems, duct experiments, etc), so I'm probably much farther behind than I was. BUT... I got the other system put together today and it's crunching now, so I'll be catching you in a couple of weeks (I hope).
BTW, don't forget to run the bench file after you hit your mark. With your processing times, it shouldn't do much harm to you total. :)

glad you said something about the bench I didn't read the sticky. I will probably run it overnight or something on the celeron
Good luck with the mods...the last time I tried ducting and increasing airflow I sucessfully increased system temps by 10C *grin* dont even ask how
If you can afford it get yourself a nice Antec tower....I never wanna use a cheapo case again
man...every time I look back your still right there behind me

LOL I'm trying. When I saw your production drop last week or the one before, I thought surely I'd have you passed by now. :) I have two more systems in pieces that I should have ready to go in about two weeks: a P2-400 and an AMD-1.33. I MUST PASS!. :D
the main box was down for a few weeks for upgrades...and I should have another one up this week myself
