What's the best overclocking microATX intel board right now?

Hi, as the title says I'm looking for the best overclocking microATX board that I can get. I want to be able to get my Presler up to 4 GHz, it's a B1 but I have a good heatsink to put on it and I think the speed is doable, plus I'll be getting new DDR2 RAM to go with it. I'd prefer an intel chipset, but really any stable overclocking chipset will do nicely.
