I know bad exhaust can ruin the perfect setup so give me an idea of what I should be going for.

I have a panaflow L1A going over a dangerden cube radiator. The L1A does 69 cfm, so what do I need for exhaust? I would think a little bit more than your intake?

Which sucks cause I only have room for an 80mm exhaust and any 80mm fan doing 70+ cfm is going to make noise! More importantly they cant even push that much air anyway lol.

My PSU is the whisper 300w enermax with 2 fans so that spits out some of the hot air but I cant imagine it really does much....

Thanks for any ideas, I think I want a bigger case...

All that cooling in your case? The you do need bigger fans, or a bigger case...

Actually slight positive pressure is best. Helps keep the dust out too. I would go for a 40cfm exhaust, the PSU is probably pulling 20-25 cfm.
