i recently bought a N64/PSX usb adapter. its has a port for each game controller with a switch that switch between the 2. i plug in the adapter and the PSX controllers work fine. but when i plug in an N64 the controls go haywire in the controller calbration page. so i play around and realize one of my 3rd party PSX being plugged in makes the N64 controller work stable. so i take apart the psx controller to see what wiring is making it work. so i find out connecting 3 wires touch and making all the others touch makes its stable. so i tie up the wires and as soon as i let go of the wires it starts going unstable a bit. seems energy from me holding the wires helps. so my question is what can i do electronic wise to make i stay stable? thanks in advance

well since no one has responded to this i will. If your still having trouble, you should prolly take that stuff apart, clean the contacts, scuff the ends a little bit if you have to, rebend them to make them stiffer, and re-solder everything, then your problems should be gone

Pictures would help. You seem to be having grounding issues.
