is this a problem with the unlocking

hi guys i have just got and unlocked an 1800+ and it is running on an epox 8k7a+ mobo

these are my findings at the moment

11.5 default runs at 1800+ 133fsb
12 runs at 1900+ 133fsb
12.5 runs at 1664 128fsb but the multiplier says 13 *128

does this mean the unlock is no good or is it a bios thing because if i up the fsb to 138 then reboot it runs the chip at 133

hope you can help this free hand unlocker and yes its bloody hard to do free hand
