Noname PSU & P-4 PSU

I have some noname POS 300Watt PSU, wich I can swap for a P-4 PSU w/ same 300Watts for 12$ is it worth it? Will I get any higher 5V line?

I don't really know wich brand I have and what brand they are offering me, they just told me its for Pentium-4 CPU, so its Volt lines are optimizied.
