Vista + OC'ing kills the control panel

If i do any overclocking at all, change the mulitiplier or change the FSB i can no longer open the control panel. computer properties, vista ultamiate extras or the welcome center

Im using Vista 32 Ultamate


Any one else have this issue?

Strange, I've been overclocked the whole time in Vista business with no problems.

I just put the MB back to defaults and the control panel worked...then i installed the new NVIDEA drivers and control panel stopped working...so its not an OC'ing issue as i first thought
