does anybody know what the best bios setup is with theAsus Striker Extreme nForce 680i SLI 4DDR2-DIMM 2PCI 4PCIe SATA Raid Audio GB-LAN Socket775 ATX and the Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF Dominator 3-4-3-9 Xtreme 2x1024MB(tot. 2048MB) XMS2-6400 800MHz EPP with a Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz 4MB FSB1066 cpu.. as I'm quite new to this and if anybody knows it will save me a lot of time when I get these next week..

Anyway, a good place to start is to ramp up the FSB

I have mine set to 430 linked with RAM, which runs at 4-4-4-10 @ 2.2v
This is a E6300 btw, so 430 x 7 = 3Ghz
Your E6700 to = 3Ghz you just need 333mhz FSB

Expect around 3.5-4Ghz, provided you have decent cooling and work the voltages well

3Ghz seems the sweet spot, as it does not require a vcore boost (but thats just my opinion)

Read some of the guides in the CPU sections for more detailed explainations etc
