i paired my e6300 with an asus p5w-dh deluxe board, after reading a few reviews of it

i'm running stock cooling atm, however my temps seem to be very good (~30 idle, ~40 while gaming @ 400 * 7.0)

i was curious though, what MCH, VCore, and memory voltages are generally required to get *this* chip stable at 3.0Ghz? it will post at 3Ghz but apps/games aren't stable and i generally get lockups

memory i'm using are two 1GB OCZ pc2 6400 dimms, platinum revision 2

In order for this CPU to achieve 3GHZ it needs 430 FSB x 7 = 3010, which normally in the range of normal P5W-DH motherboards can do.

MCH - 1.65v
Vcore = 1.45
Vdim = 2.2

Disable hyper path in chipset

if your system lock up means it is unstable. Therefore you are require to add more voltages.
