Should I order 64 bit Vista home premium or 32 bit. Pros? Cons?

Will be on:
e6300
asus micro atx with integrated vid
250 seagate 3g
2 gigst ST 667
dl lightscribe lite on
antec smart power 500

Mainly business PC with very minor vid editing.

Was going to go 64 bit because ofthis thread where some ppl say 64 is just fine, and the HP printer that will be unning has 64 bit vista drivers.. Any suggestions to confirm or to the contrary?

Absolute worst case, you can get a 32bit version sent later and use your 64bit key. You can swap between the two as much as you like. It'd be nice if someone can confirm downloading directly from MS works. You know, but the 64 bit and download the 32bit trial version and use your key. And vice versa...

The 32 bit/64 bit key use only works with retail IIRC, not OEM. So I went with 64, and we will hope it is just fine.
