PC3200 1GB Sticks G.Skill/PQI Value

I'm currently running 1gb of ram (2 X 512Mb Crucial Ballistix PC3200). I'm running them @ 270mhz 2.5-3-4-10. I was thinking of selling them and upgrading to 2gb.

These are the two sets I'm looking at:

I would be getting two of either. I've looked all over, and haven't been able to find much information. Has anyone used either of these two modules? Do you think 230-240mhz is obtainable with either set?

those are some real nice latencys and clocks for that memory you have no im amazed actually how much voltage do you have to them ??

and really id just save your money for ddr2.. 1gig of your ballistix at those blazing speeds should do just fine for 95% of things.

I'm running them at 2.9 volts, which my motherboard under volts a little I think. I'm forced to run them at 2t with my motherboard though.
