My mic does not work at all on my head phones, I am using the Realtek HD Audio manager for sound. it comes stock. It works fine with my speakers just not the mic...any help would be welcomed with open arms.lol Thanks. and yes I did search first.

Hmm, odd. have you checked the manual? It might have something in it under audio. Maybe a jumper setting on the board? Latest audio drivers? Heck i'm grabbing at straws here
