Is there any program that can do a batch conversion from FLAC to mp3? Preferably LAME VBR, but it doesn't really matter.

I use this one, but I think you need the paid version to use the plugins for different codecs.

From there, it looks like BonkEnc will do so for free.

Edit: Looks like Winamp can convert to wav (assuming you have the flac decoder plugin), then you can use something else to do wav->mp3.
