Vista take long to shut down !!

I just make a clean imstallation a when i try to shut down or rebbot windows take about 5 minutes to shut down ... so any one have this issue ... or any advisse ... i just change the registery key wait to kill .... from 20000 to 5000 but notthing change .. so if some one could help please !!!

You may want to check that all the drivers on your system are up to date. May be one of your other programs that is running but hanging the system up.
