Read here for more it seems someone agreed with most us on the point that Nero 7 is full of crap that we don't need. So he/she decided to shrink it to what they did need you can find links to the smaller burning part of the application. But best to grab it while you can as this is sure to be not on for long.

I still use Nero 6 never tried 7.

Is that legal?

Of course, you will still need your legal serial number to enter it into the application.
