Thermaltake CL-W0065 Liquid Cooling System

CL-W0065 at Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106078)

What do you think of this simple water-cooling system? It is worth the 60 bucks or not? Has anyone from here had experience using this system, if yes please tell me. And if you had/have, what is its noice level?

Thanks,

it's gotta be somewhat decent for a $60 kit.

But I'd rather high-end air cooling, it's probably the same/better.

Which air-cooler do you recommend to me? Tuniq Tower 120? If you know an air-cooler which has similar or better performance than the Tuniq Tower but with lower noise level (The Tuniq Tower 120 has 34DB at max-2000 RPM) I'll be pleased to know..

thanks

I've been out of air-cooling for a while (when I kept up with high-end air cooling, the XP-120 was definite king). I'd expect the Scythe Ninja to be quite good. For quiet, I'd get some 120x38mm fan and undervolt it (a Panaflo FBA12G12, either the L or M model would be my recommendation).
