God Of War II

Just wondering who here if anyone is going to be getting God of War II (The real GOW)? According to Sony there have already been over a million preorderds which means the name must still be going pretty strong. Personally I will probably be getting it, but it will be hard to spend money on the old system knowing it could be a new game like Motorstorm. As a side note I cannot wait for God of War III on the PS3 to come out, though since it's only in planning stages it will probably be another 2 years easy before we see it.

i'm definately buying gow2 it looks so awesome..saw some of the vids on ign and it looks very good. i never did beat the original gow on godmode though i'm at the very end heh, just can't get myself motivated for an impossible ending battle....i'm probably going to buy motostorm as well since it's going to be the best thing since sliced bread.

on a side note, if you havent watched any of the videos for heavenly sword, it looks very gowish and is coming out this year so that may tide you over til gow3(if it comes out)

Yeah I actually intend to atleast rent Heavenly Sword, not sure if I will get it because it could just be another Hack n Slash but we will see. At this point there are only a few PS2 names I would spend money on Final Fantasy, GTA, and God of War, so I hope it does not let me down. As for God Of War III, considering the creator himself said he was already drawing rough notes for it I think Sony would be pretty crazy to not give him the funding to go through with it.

I have had it preordered for almost 3 months now :D

And the funny coincidence, is that 300 comes out the friday before O.o Not like I am going to complain :D
