I recently redid my system and upon opening coretemp, I noticed my temps were now reaching the high 50s. I was currently running at stock.

Before I took apart my system, I was getting temperatures around 40 with an overclocked system. 3 ghz and 1.456vcore.

I moved the pump closer to the cpu block to relieve the stress on the tubing thinking I may have made the tubing a bit too short and it was pulling on the block (I thought this because core 1 is 40c and the other is 48c). and temps went down. Now in the low 50s or high 40s.

According to speedfan (Latest version) my cpu is running at 37c.

What should I do? Reseat?

Loop:
MCR220
Storm
Laing D5
less than 4 feet of tubing used.

How did you apply the thermal paste? AS5? I applied mine total incorrect and was getting nice temps. But then the other day i re-applied the AS5. just a rice grain size directly in the middle of the CPU, didn't spread it with a CC or my fingers. The i put the cpu block on and tightened it down. Now my temps are 5c lower then before.   I would try a re-seat, that sometimes helps out. If not then re-apply the paste. You can also try lapping the cpu that also drops temps.

I found out whats wrong...
The tubing i used was too short and it's pulling the block so it's uneven...
