My current board has some miles on it, P4P800 deluxe and I want to upgrade with the least amount of cost. Can I use a MB with a 775 socket and use my P4 2.4C CPU, DDR Ram and my AGP card?
Thanks,
Al

no. the 2.4c is a S478 cpu. it will not fit on on 775 board. However there are 775 boards that have support for DDR and AGP. Do a quick search on the egg. I would, but I'm about to fall asleep here at work and the day hasn't even begun yet lol.
For $300 you could get an Asrock Dualvista and a e6400 conroe and keep everything else in your rig. See sig below.
