What's the best ddr2 800 ram I can get that can handle overclocking? Looking for 1gb 2x512 or 1x1gb. 100-120 to spend without shipping.

Your price range and performance range are slighly out of sync. There arent too many kits in that price range that you could be guaranteed would hit 950mhz.
