939Dual-Sata2 and EVGA 7600GS Issues

I just got a new EVGA 7600GS Card and am having serious blue screen of death errors. I was hoping someone here could confirm that they are using the Asrock 939 and with a 7600 GS successfully. Spec Details:
VGA EVGA 512-P2-N548-TX 7600GS R (PCIE 16)
ASRock 939 Dual-SATA2 (North: ULI M1695 Chipset, South: ULI M1567)

Why did you post the same topic twice? :shrug:

I've got a 3D Fuzion 7600GS arriving sometime this week, as my 6800 is starting to artifact at clocks it used to be fine. 400/837 is now no where near stable, so I'm guessing the GPU is starting to flake out :(
