I've been getting more and more into South Park ever since they started picking on Tom Cruise.

I think you can get around that. Create a new Xbox live account and set your location to United States. I will be downloading this today when I get off. I've never really got into South park, but I downloaded the "Make Love, Not Warcraft" episode last week and really liked that.
