HUGE difference in games. BC was expected and hyped much longer than 4 months before it's release, and already had a huge player base that was interested due to the success of WoW.

GoW is a game that came out and had to build a fan base and ramp up their sales from nothing.

There's really no need to try to trivialize the success of one game by saying "xx game did better" when they're nothing alike whatsoever.

why do PC games keep coming up in the CONSOLE subforum? Besides WOW is a freak subculture like Star Wars, Star Trek, D&D, Xena etc..... There are a few milion freaks who live and die by that thing, so it's an anomally. I'm sure if they released it for the PS3, Wii or 360 it'd sell a bajillion on its' first day too and have all sorts of weirdos camping out and invading the stores.

I think I can honestly say GoW is a game whos original basis for buying was its graphics alone. Once you get passed that, its alright.

never actually played it as i don't have 360, but if i pick one up i'll def get GoW from all the hype i've heard.
