They like it a lot. Say it's "not complete" but 360 games were like that too, the first gen games of 360 games were painfully "incomplete", especially Madden.

I hit up the demo in a Sony Style store, it was pretty fun, kinda like Motorcross Madness physics but with more particle effects.

It is a pretty looking game, I'll have to give it that. I'd love to give it a more thorough try.

Right now its major flaw seems to be it does not have enough Offline content. However the creators did say they will have updates so hopefully that will be fixed in time.

Too much... BADNESS on the subject of Madden. I bought the damn game... at what I considered a steal (I'm talking about 07) at 37.99... but after all the friggin MADDEN FANS... denounced it as complete and utter trash... How could I keep it?

Oh well. I sincerely doubt that it was better than Crackdown (a surprise hit to me...) anyway.

07 wasn't all THAT bad, it was 06 that was the steaming pile of poo shoved into a DVD case.

Even Call of Duty 3 is very incomplete.

It can't compare to the PC version of Call of Duty. COD3's reloading is wrong, vehicles are buggy...storyline sucks, not NEARLY as dramatic or realistic feeling.

I'm just waiting for some quality games to come out. Extremely hopeful though.

Motorstorm looks like it's going to be a good game, although I think Sony is really trying to push it as more of a killer title than it is going to be. Regardless it looks like it would be a fun arcade racer.

I just played the demo yesterday... I don't know, it's hard for me to get excited about most driving games. (I think the Burnout series would be the exception.) Although I hear the final product is much better than the demo.

But I've never known a driving game to be a system seller. Maybe if they had released Cruisin USA on time and it had ACTUALLY WORKED.

That's the only driving game that ever really had a chance at stardom (in terms of selling systems...and I'm not talking about kart racing).

If Cruisin' USA had been FUNCTIONAL... and released not so long after the arcade game... it would've been a hit. Just the fact that it had both Chicago's Lakeshore Drive AND Lower Wacker Drive (not to mention the Bluesmobile) would've made ME buy it.

I agree fully, I couldnt see any racing game really getting me excited enough to buy a console, I love the burnout series and mario kart series but most of them just dont provide enough gameplay and new ideas to really warrant a purchase. I also dont see any racer as being a killer app.

/\Gran Turismo is once of Sony's best system selling games and sales wise is a top ranked game beating out both Halos. Anyway personally I would not buy the system just for this game, but it's one more to add to the list of good games that in the end if their are enough I would buy the system.

Oh yeah! I forgot about Gran Turismo... I basically bought my Japanese PS2 because of Gran Turismo 3... Too bad Gran Turismo 4 was kind of a flop... or maybe just not that many people played it.

I would LOVE to see that game on the 360. The lack of dual shock just wouldn't be the same on the PS3.

/\Vibration is actually coming back, and it's rumored it may be a new technology that instead of just vibrating can replicate quick burst of shock much better, such as shooting a gun. That part as for now though is just a rumor. Also the steering wheel can still support and does support vibration feedback function. Personally did not care for it much myself but apparently enough people complained and as the saying goes, the crying baby does get fed. Besides you 360 owners have Forza, can't have them all haha.
