new to overclocking plz help

i have an abit be62 is there anyway i can see temps on cpu. Iam very new to overclocking. What i want to do is clock the 550 p3 just play around with it. Have it clocked up to 616 now i know that is nothing to what u guys do but i will go more if i can watch the temps. I just wanted to no if there was a program or soft where or do i need to hook up a fluke meter temp probe to it . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thankx

Appendix C in your manual might help. If you don't have the manual, you can download it here. BIOS updates, drivers, etc. are also available there.

You can use MBM5 to watch your temps.
