Changing Windows SplashScreen

How do you change the windows splash screen (You know the Loading windows 98 screen)? I know it's possible I used to even know how.

the files you have to edit are logo.sys, logos.sys, and logow.sys

logow is the "waiting for windows to get its sh*t together to shut down" screen, logos is the "finally got my sh*t together, turn me off" screen, and logo is the "finding my sh*t so I can start windows" screen.
