My graphics are not right in q2/ut and mcm2.I get this blurr in the textures and text that moves with me as I go thru maps.In q2 the textures are blurred at what would be about 6 feet in front of me and the same in ut but only half as bad as q2.In mcm2 stunt maps some of the trees and moutains are being drawn as I move thru the map and in the stadium maps the blurr is real bad in the bleacher areas with definite areas of clear textures.I have more than enough system to run these games perfectly and have went thru every setting in the games and the 22.50 dets but cant get rid of this.All the dets I have run do this so Im lost here.I get good frame rates - 100fps in q2 crusher and average 90 to 130 in ut.Appature setting in bios is only 32 or 64 (815 chipset) so what am I missing here? Also does this overclocked or not.

hmmm, what settings are you using in the game. I mean are you using opengl or direct draw or what? Also try the drivers that came with the game and see if that fixes it.

Are you playing these games using OpenGL or Direct3D? You might want to give RivaTuner a try (AFA optimizing your D3d and OGL settings for performance or quality) available here...

Normally RT does a very good job at optimizing the D3d and OGL settings, using the aforementioned registry keys...by modifying the DWord values using the optimum settings. A number of the settings that RT adds to these keys are hidden settings, in other words...normally unavailable to the user. Normally, without using RT, NVMax, Powerstrip, etc. the Nvidia Control Panel is the only option available to the user.
you said have already tried all the driver settings, thats correct?
i thought about texel alignment but it would only be for the direct3d applications. blurring could be caused by the mipmap LOD biasing also only present for direct3d.
is the q2 you say the quake2? thats an opengl game, right?
all you said sounds for me like some problem in the settings of the video driver, but if youve tried them all yet...
Yes it is Quake2 which I run in ogl -- ut I run in d3d and motor cross madness Im not sure what mode it runs in.I have set the drivers up for speed which will degrade image some I know and have tried resetting them to default with the same results.I have not touched the texture alignment settings at all.The issue of mcm drawing the landscape as I go thru the map isnt this a read ahead setting?My whole system is set for speed and for that most part looks good.Only thing I see missing is there is no listing under color managment in the drivers for the veiwsonic monitor.
